Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Email hello@glp1ease.com right away with your order number and we will do our best.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@glp1ease.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will reship or refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus the return shipping cost.

Subscriptions
Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery times. A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.
